In 1982 Ozzy Osbourne released the live album Speak Of The Devil. Thirty years later, a DVD with the same title will follow. To avoid confusion, the material on this DVD has never been released as a live CD before and was shot at a 1982 show in California. Ozzy looks pale and puffy, but he's definitely looking forward to it. An Ozzy Osbourne concert is always entertaining. He always provides a good
… backing band and is an inimitable entertainer himself, constantly stirring up his audience with catchphrases like 'Come on!' and 'Let me see your fucking hands!'. Add to this the light show (which now looks a bit primitive, but was innovative at the time), the burning torches and a midget in a monk's habit who regularly hands Ozzy a cup of drink (probably not buttermilk). Ozzy has a remarkably good voice and he performs his solo material plus three songs by Black Sabbath with verve. All in all, one of the nicest live DVDs from the self-proclaimed Prince Of Darkness.
