When describing a new talent, it is tempting to sprinkle with comparisons. Also in the case of the young British singer Jon Allen we cannot escape it. Well done, although Jon Allen still gives the impression of a capable craftsman who masters all facets of the musician's trade but still has to develop his own signature.
