That is also not surprising when you invite people like Gary Moore, Vernon Reid (ex-Living Color) and the aforementioned Clapton to play a game. The with conga ' s dressed versions of old Cream hits like Sunshine Of Your Love and White Room, however, mainly make you long for the original. The guest appearance of pianist Dr. John does not know how to take the record to the next level. On Shadows In The Air, Jack Bruce again shows himself to be a creditable bass player and a fine singer, but this time he has not found a musical form to show off his talents to the full. (MS)more
