… on the DVD Live At North Sea Jazz. That performance degenerated into a (too) exuberant party, which was somewhat at the expense of the music. On this occasion, the audience performed for a predominantly seated audience, resulting in more concentrated but no less passionate music. But the reserved Swiss audience also took the stage at the end of the show. Burke was phenomenal in voice and lived up to his kingly status with ease. An exciting concert, despite the chic entourage.
