Max Kaminsky (September 7, 1908 – September 6, 1994) was an American jazz trumpeter and bandleader.
Kaminsky was born in Brockton, Massachusetts, near Boston, to a Jewish family. He began his career in Boston in 1924 and, by 1928, was working in Chicago with George Wettling and Frank Teschemacher at the Cinderella Ballroom and in New York for a brief period in 1929 with Red Nichols.
