Anthony Paul Mills (7 July 1962 – 18 September 2019) was an English rock singer, best known for his work with Shy and TNT. Mills was born in Birmingham. In 1983 he joined the band Shy. He recorded eight albums with the AOR/glam metal band, including the Excess All Areas.
