After winning the talent show of De Telegraaf in 2007, things went quickly with Leaf, a group of friends from Utrecht Rock Academy. … infectious. Jack Johnson and Racoon are just two names that come to mind. So nothing to worry about music of the best kind. Singer Annemarie Bröhm sings in a pure and controlled manner and the playing pleasure and musical craftsmanship of the band splash from the speakers. Life's A Beach is the life motto of the band and the album was appropriately recorded in a beach bar. Reportedly live, but there is no audience to hear, so we take that story with a grain of sand.
