Strangely enough, the well-groomed 'adult rock' by The Dave Matthews Band and Matchbox 20, groups that sell millions of albums in America, finds hardly any resonance in the Netherlands. An exception to that rule is John Mayer, who scored a radio hit with Daughters in 2004 in the Netherlands.
